Internationally acclaimed violinist Elizabeth Blumenstock, concertmaster of the world-famous Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra (San Francisco), performs on her 1660 Andrea Guarneri violin (Cremona) with her duo partner Tamara Friedman playing her replica of a 1782 Johann Andreas Stein fortepiano (Augsburg). The unique concert will include Bach’s Partita No. 3 in E major for unaccompanied violin as well as duo sonatas by C. P. E. and J. C.
