The talents of Sinfonietta’s Co-concertmasters, Brittany Boulding and Denise Dillenbeck, are on full display in this program inspired by the changing seasons. Vivaldi’s immortal collection of concerti are known the world over for their evocative sounds and virtuoso demands on the soloist. Centuries later, Astor Piazzolla was inspired to write his own version, infused with the rhythm and soul of the Argentinean tango. The Puyallup performance takes place in a casual setting, with open seating at tables of eight and food and wine for sale from Giorgio’s Greek Café. All ticket buyers will be added to a will-call list at the door- physical tickets will not be issued for this concert.
