Tom Olsen came to Seattle from South Dakota at the age of 9, and was educated at Seattle University and the University of Washington. He first came to classical-music radio at the former KXA in Seattle, and five years later joined KING-FM as an announcer. Now, as Music Director, Tom is responsible for choosing all the music played on the air. In his spare time he is an eager reader of history and new fiction.
